As you may be aware, from 1 October 2022 icare HBCF is introducing new Construction Types, transitioning from C0 to H0 Construction Types, with Premiums also changing.
To implement these changes successfully, icare HBCF have developed a transition schedule:
- C Type submissions are required to be lodged by 28 September 2022. We recommend you get your submissions in by 5pm on Monday 26 September 2022 to ensure they are processed before the cut-off date inline with our 48-hour service level agreement.
- H Type submissions commence on 1 October 2022. Due to this date falling over the Public Holiday weekend, processing of submissions will not commence until Tuesday 4 October 2022.
This transition will also result in no Construction Certificates being processed on 29 and 30 September 2022.
icare HBCF have updated the premium calculator on their website to now include the new rates so you can compare premiums based on the transition of Construction Types.
